Aim: Enable the poorest to reach minimum levels of development and participate in the developmental
initiatives so as to reach self-reliance over a period.
Extremely poor families are brought under family sponsorship with the help of sponsors and supported for seven or more years so as to reach social mainstream to strive towards self-reliance and development. So far more than 730 families have benefitted from this project with the help of sponsors from Germany, Austria, UK, Switzerland and Spain.
Sponsoring children from most deserving backgrounds and help them to reach rewarding careers in life. More than 260 children have benefitted/benefitting from this projects since 2006. There is a Residential Centre of Excellence called “JNANPEET” to house the children and provide quality education until they reach their dream careers. These students become model to the other children in their villages in developing their lives. Apart from residential program, poor students scoring high marks in our villages are sponsored for higher education in various institutions both in India and abroad. The careers the students reached/reaching include medical doctors and nurses, engineers,fashion designers, Chartered Accountants, hospitality management, teaching, armed forces, business etc.
This activity was initiated when it was found that extremely poor patients of CBPC Project could not consume medicines as they were not having any food the whole day or even longer period and such incidents forced us into this new initiative aiming to support the most deserving with necessary foodstuff. So far 680 patients received this ongoing support since 2014.
